Shipping at a glance
- EU: free shipping.
- Outside the EU: the shipping cost is shown at checkout. For more than one unit, contact us for a quote.
- Delivery time: white STAND up to 20 days, coloured (RAL) STAND up to 40 days, faucets 20 to 40 days. We confirm the date by email after you order.
- Packing: sent with FedEx, packed safely and fully insured.
- Customs: outside the EU, local taxes, duties and import fees are paid by the buyer.
1. General information
SIA Jursons' liability for loss, damage and delay is limited by the CMR Convention and the applicable Incoterms rules. We do not keep products in stock: every STAND and every faucet is made or ordered for you after you place your order.
2. Where we deliver
We deliver worldwide.

Times count from the date of your order. If you order a STAND and a faucet together, we ship them when both are ready, unless you ask us to send them separately. We confirm the estimated delivery date by email after you order.
The delivery date can also vary with the carrier, delivery location and number of items. Larger orders may arrive in separate shipments.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping is free for orders delivered within the EU. For other destinations, the cost depends on the weight and size of the package and is shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Free shipping does not include local taxes, import fees, customs fees or other fees a carrier may charge for specific locations. Extra charges may apply to remote areas. If so, we will tell you by email before shipping.
standpage.com is not responsible for customs fees or taxes charged on your order. Any fees charged during or after shipping (duties, taxes and similar) are paid by the customer.
5. Damage in transport
If the packaging is damaged on delivery, contact us right away at sales@standpage.com. If possible, do not accept damaged goods from the carrier, and make a claim with the carrier on delivery.
You must report damaged or lost items within 14 days of delivery. If you find damage after delivery:
- Take photos of the damaged package (top and sides).
- Take photos of the damaged product.
- Email us at sales@standpage.com with the photos and all details.
