Returns and refunds

Returns at a glance

White units: consumers can return them within 14 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging.
Return shipping: paid by the buyer. STAND is a large, heavy item (16.5 kg), so return shipping can be costly. Ask us for advice before you order.
Coloured (RAL) units: made to order for you. They can't be returned unless faulty or damaged.
Faulty or damaged items: we repair or replace them and cover the shipping.

How to return a white unit

Tell us within 14 days of delivery: email your order number to sales@standpage.com. Do not send the item before we reply.
Pack the item unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.
Send it within 14 days after telling us, to: SIA Jursons, Jauna Mezaparka street 34-1, Riga, LV-1014, Latvia.

You arrange and pay for the return shipping. Use a tracked and insured service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged on the way back to us.

Refunds

When we receive and check your return, we email you to confirm. If your refund is approved, we send it to your original payment method within 14 days. If the item is damaged or shows signs of use or installation, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Made-to-order colours

Every STAND in a RAL colour is produced after you order it, in the colour you chose. You can cancel free of charge until production starts. After that, coloured units can't be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged.

Business customers

Business orders can be cancelled free of charge before production starts. After that, returns are only possible for faulty or damaged items.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, email us with photos and your order number. We repair or replace it and cover the shipping. See also our warranty and shipping pages.
