You will receive tracking number from TNT or FedEx system and be able to track your order after it has been dispatched.

In most cases, we dispatch within 3 working days after we actually receive the payment in our bank account.

NOTE: This rule applies only for orders of a single unit without faucet included.

Units with the faucet included may be dispatched within 3 – 30 business days.

Currently, we produce STAND urinal – sink only in white color.

STAND is produced in European Union and meets EU code EN 13407:2006 – CL 1 – II – 2/2.0 and currently does not meet the general US and/or Canada code, however, it is possible to install it in US and Canada by using pipe adapters.

No the standard package of STAND urinal-sink does not include faucet.

Yes, STAND urinal – the sink is manufactured under EU code EN 13407:2006 – CL 1 – II – 2/2.0 and has a manufacturer approved CE.
