Returns
Consumers can return white units within 14 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging. The buyer pays the return shipping. Coloured (RAL) units are made to order and can't be returned unless faulty. Returns policy

Any faucet that fits a 32 mm hole works. We offer three Schell faucets made for public restrooms: self-closing, sensor and sensor mixer. See faucets
It hangs on the wall with the included fixings and connects to the drain with the included trap, siphon and pipe reducer. A qualified plumber should install it.

It is our own calculation. A hand wash with a sensor or self-closing tap uses about 1 litre of water. An efficient flushing urinal uses about 1 litre per flush (the EU Ecolabel limit for urinals); many older urinals use 2 to 4 litres. With a separate sink and urinal, one visit uses about 2 litres. With STAND, the hand-wash water rinses the urinal, so the same visit uses about 1 litre: 50% less. Compared with older, higher-flush urinals, the saving is larger.
