Upon receipt of the goods from the courier or other supplier, the goods inspection should be carried in the courier or other delivery service employee presence. If it is found that during shipping the product is damaged, it must be fixed on the act with an indication of the nature and extent of damage. This act shall be signed by the recipient of the goods and the delivery service representative. Otherwise, claims for product damage are not considered. Preferably to take the photos of the damage, which should be added to the complaint Act.
Complaints about any deficiencies in unit must be submitted by e-mail within 3 days of receipt of goods. Otherwise, the claim will not be considered.
If the product packaging, of the item is damaged, it has been opened, it must be documented in the claim act, which must be signed by the recipient of the goods and the delivery service representative. This Act shall be sent by mail to the seller of the goods.
